What were some highlights from your time in Morocco? The riads, Fes & Marakesh, the Sahara, of course!
How was your driver? Ali was absolutely fantastic. We had a wonderful time with him. You can tell he is an experienced guide/driver. He knows when to give the traveler space (we’re tired with jet lag the first day, we are tired midway through or maybe have tummy issues, et. things like that) we didn’t really discuss it with him, but I think he could tell when we needed to rest. I LOVED that he had wireless in the car. That was so helpful on a couple of occasions when we needed to be in contact with our home but were on the road for a long day. Ali was very friendly and professional, and we could joke with him a bit once we got to know one another. We enjoyed speaking French and English with him, along with learning some Arabic along the way. I highly recommend Ali as a driver.

How was our company’s service from initial inquiry to the moment that you left Morocco? It was good. You were accessible. Bethany was very quick to respond with inquiries. The information packet that was sent was very helpful, especially in regards to tipping.
Would you recommend www.moroccotours.org to others interested in visiting Morocco? Yes, definitely.
I have traveled extensively, both on my own and with various groups. This was a great tour.
Things unique to Morocco: Given the type of travel and the logistics of the itinerary, having a constant guide/driver is great and I think the most appropriate way for many folks to travel. It doesn’t seem that doing parts by train, though possible, would have been as nice. In Europe, yes. In Morocco, the driver is the way to go. Also, going by car provides a bit of flexibility within the day. The accommodations are part of the fun. The riads you used for us were just great.
