We had a great visit to Morocco and enjoyed the beautiful riads, guided tours, etc. Although every town had something unique to offer, the best towns for us were Chefchaouen, Marrakech and Essaouira. Everything about the night in the Sahara was amazing and the same can be said for the balloon ride and Hammam & massage experience. The time in Erfoud & Rissani was average and could have been skipped.
Most of our guides were very good except the guide in Volubilis who I would rate as average.
Speaking of Zak, he was absolutely amazing. We learned so much about the culture, religion, geography, home life, and everything that possibly entered our minds. We’re both photographers and Zak made sure he took us to some great overlooks and places where we could capture great pictures. He made sure we felt safe at ATMs and escorted us to and picked us up from every restaurant. We felt like he was more of a friend! Bud had a few issues with Moroccan food and Zak went out of his way to find restaurants that could accommodate his diet. I can’t say enough about the service he gave us. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a “12”.
I appreciated the general information, tipping guidelines and everything that was provided to us prior to the trip. It was extremely helpful. I give Morocco Tours a very high rating and have already recommended your company to several friends who are interested in visiting Morocco.
