The tombs are must to see when in the area. They are the burial place of the Saadian royalty complete with spectacular decoration including some beautiful carvings.
The Tanneries is a unique experience to see the ancient art of preparing the leather. You’ll be amazed at the selection of pots which are placed filled with leather and dye. Once the leather is dyed the items are placed on the roof tops to dry out.
Bahia Palace dates back to 1867 and while part of the palace is still used as a royal residence, there are many of the rooms available for you to see including the impressive courtyard area.
The souks are traditional markets and an experience you must have when in the area. These markets are colorful and filled with pleasant aromas, you can buy anything from traditional jewelry to leather items and perfumes to pottery.
