I just completed a 14 day trip to Morocco from April 3rd to 16th. I wanted to write you directly to provide some important feedback.
In your documents that Bethany provided she stated that “your driver is the glue that holds your trip together”. No better words could have been used. Jalal was the foundation of my tour. To take a line from Forrest Gump: after 24 hours Jalal and I “were like peas and carrots”. I told Jill when we met, that my tour was like riding around on vacation with one of my best buddies, and he laughed at all of my jokes.
Jalal is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable on a multitude of topics. We made each other laugh by the hour. Jalal is a great man with a heart of gold. I can’t think of enough adjectives and superlatives to describe how highly I think of him. We had a BLAST!! He was attentive to my every need.
My trip was just fantastic!! All lodging was fantastic, with a perfect mix of hotels, riads and Kasbahs. The food was outstanding.
In summary, the tour was extremely well planned and organized. But what made it extra special was Jalal. He was my driver, tour guide, teacher, companion, friend and confidant. All the tour guides that he selected were absolutely outstanding. Especially, Muhammad in CHEFCHAOUEN, Amin in Fes, and Jawad in Marrakech. All of my expectations were far exceeded from landing at the airport to departure. To rate my trip from 1 to 10, I would rate Morocco Tours a perfect 10. I rate Jalal a 15!!
