First thanks so much we had such an amazing trip, we are very experienced travelers and I can assure you guys made an incredible trip.
From our initial email, phone conversation with Jeff, the team who made our reservations and send us all the info, since we arrived to our departure today there are absolutely no complains, we are grateful and thankful for your company to take care of us.
Let me give some feedback I think is good for you to know:
Oussama is amazing, we had so many tour guides in our travels but he definitely stands as the best we ever had.
Younes was incredible, he is really a source of knowledge he made Fez a really amazing experience. He was able to identify our interest and he really took us to the places we needed it and wanted to go. The fact he lived in US made us very comfortable and I think he should be part of all your tours.
Abbit in Chefchaouen and Tetuán was another phenomenal experience. The fact she is young engage with my kids extremely well. She is as well very knowledgeable and made our tour in those 2 places incredible.
We went to the YSL museum and garden, Oussama took us and his suggestions was amazing. Maison Árabe is an outstanding Riad. Everything was perfect there, I spoke To them and changed my last dinner to the restaurant next to the pool and I paid the difference.
Lastly!!!! Very important…. Jill you are amazing you came to the rescue when our driver got sick , you made me feel taken care and safe and that is priceless.
Your company should do more advertisement because you are outstanding and more people should experience what you are able to do.
