The Best Surfing Hotspots in Morocco

Morocco has become a favored tourist destination in northern Africa offering a selection of historical attractions, magnificent stretches of beach and great surfing opportunities. When you’re not surfing there are plenty of things to do and see in Agadir including visiting the Kasbah which dates back to 1540 or visit the Medina (the old city) where you can soak up the spectacular Moroccan architecture.

Essaouira
Essaouira is a busy seaside location popular with tourists looking to soak up the sun and enjoy some history and culture. The beaches here are pristine, perfect for sun bathing, playing games and of course, surfing.

When you’re not surfing there is a great museum to explore, the Medina offers a unique experience where you can wander the narrow passageways and buy some souvenirs at the souk and then there is the port, a relaxing place to wander around and enjoy the sights.
